Terms & Conditions
The following conditions apply to bookings made on-line. Information on this Internet website is supplied by Premier Ticket UK. These Booking Conditions are extracts from our main conditions and set out contractual terms and conditions which apply to bookings you make with Premier Ticket. These Booking Conditions do include some exclusions and limitations of liability. You should therefore read them carefully.
Making A Purchase
Full payment details are required at the time of booking. At the end of the booking process you will be given a booking reference. This reference is the provisional confirmation of your order. We will also provisionally confirm by e-mail if your e-mail address is provided. We will process your booking upon receipt. Once we have processed your booking and debited your payment card, a legally binding contract will then exist between us.
We accept payment by credit and debit card. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
Ticket & Hotel Package Bookings
We act for over 1000 hotels throughout the UK and those listed as part of our Ticket & Hotel Packages offer a good selection of the wide range available. The hotel options offered when booking any Ticket & Hotel Package give a true reflection of room availability. In the vast majority of cases, your choice of hotel and/or type of room will be available and your provisional booking will be processed.
However, hotel rooms are not reserved instantly and, in some instances, your choice of hotel and/or type of room may not be available when we recieve your provisional booking. In such instances, we will contact you via telephone or e-mail and inform you that your chosen hotel is not available. We will offer you a choice of similar and suitable hotels and you will be given the opportunity to select an alternative. You will not be obliged to select one of these alternatives. In all such instances, WE WILL NOT PROCESS YOUR BOOKING NOR DEBIT YOUR PAYMENT CARD until you have agreed to an alternative choice of hotel. If you are not happy with any of the alternative hotels offered, your booking will become null and void and there will be no charge.
For all bookings, your request for a smoking or non-smoking room and any other room requests will be forwarded to the hotel. Whilst every effort will be made to fulfil your requirements, your requests are not guaranteed.
Once we have processed your order and debited your payment card, your full package details will be dispatched to your delivery address. Full package details are normally dispatched within 7-10 days of the booking date.
Ticket Only Bookings
Once we have processed your order and debited your payment card, your tickets will be dispatched to your delivery address. Tickets are normally dispatched within 3 days of the booking date. In some instances, event promoters and organisers delay the release date of tickets and you may not receive your tickets until 3 days prior to the event date.
If Premier Ticket is unable to fulfil an order for any of the reasons below, the customer will be entitled to a full refund, including any booking fee charged:
> Premier Ticket do not receive the tickets to fulfil your order from the event organiser, and cannot arrange for the tickets to be collected;
> Premier Ticket dispatch your order to the wrong address and cannot provide replacement tickets;
> Premier Ticket do not dispatch your order and do not arrange for the tickets to be available for collection;
> Premier Ticket dispatch the wrong tickets to you.
No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets. In cases where tickets are lost or stolen, Premier Ticket may be able to arrange for replacement tickets to be made available at the venue box office.
As regards event accounting, all monies are held in trust until the event has taken place.
Customers are advised to check their purchase upon receipt.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Premier Ticket of any change of address, contact phone number or e-mail address, both before and after receipt of the tickets.
If it becomes impractical to post tickets out, due to the proximity of an event or circumstances beyond our control, Premier Ticket reserve the right to make tickets available for collection at the venue, immediately prior to the event. In such instances, clients will be notified by phone, email or in writing (using the details provided at the time of ordering).
By ordering you agree that the tickets are for the personal use of you and your party only, and will not be resold or transferred.
If a customer orders more tickets than the maximum allowed, as indicated during the booking process, Premier Ticket reserve the right to cancel the order.
Tax Charges
All tax charges and merchant charges are included within the total booking price .
Credit Card Security
Your credit card account is not charged until your order is received and processed by our office. If there are any problems with authorisation, we will contact you by telephone or email as soon as possible.
Our e-commerce software uses 128-bit encryption, which provides the kind of security that ensures that your credit card details cannot be intercepted during transmission. We use one of the most advanced systems available.
Here's how it works...
The order is encrypted on your computer, then transmitted to the server, still encrypted, to await retrieval. We then collect your order, which again remains encrypted during transmission. Your order is not decrypted until it reaches our secure system, and even then it can only be viewed by an authorised operator, using our e-commerce software. At no time during transmission between your computer and ours are your details open to scrutiny by unauthorised persons.
Cancellations & Amendments
TICKET & HOTEL PACKAGE BOOKINGS:
If a booking or part of a ticket & hotel package booking is cancelled by the client more than one calendar month prior to the date of travel, the client shall be liable for 25% of the total price of the booking. In such instances, 75% of the total booking price will only be refunded once valid tickets have been returned to our offices.
If a booking or part of a ticket & hotel package booking is cancelled by the client more than 14 days prior to the date of travel, but less than one calendar month prior to the date of travel, the client shall be liable for 50% of the total price of the booking. In such instances, 50% of the total booking price will only be refunded once valid tickets have been returned to our offices.
If a booking or part of a ticket & hotel package booking is cancelled by the client within 14 days of the date of travel, the client shall be liable for 100% of the total price of the booking.
If an event is moved from its advertised venue and/or the date is changed, ticket and hotel packages already purchased may remain valid should the customer wish to attend the rescheduled event. If not, Premier Ticket will refund the full value of the ticket and hotel package. Premier Ticket will notify all purchasers by phone, email or in writing (using the details provided at the time of ordering) to advise on the validity of the package and the procedure for obtaining a refund. Refund requests will only be accepted up until 10 days prior to the rescheduled event, or 3 days after notification of the change (whichever is the later). In the instance of a change at short notice (within 7 days of the event), Premier Ticket will notify purchasers of the conditions that apply. Should a refund be requested, valid tickets will need to be returned to our offices.
TICKET ONLY BOOKINGS:
Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the event are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being a change of headline act, venue or show time).
In the event of the cancellation of an event by the organiser or promoter (ie a cancellation due to circumstances which are beyond Premier Ticket's control), only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Premier Ticket will notify clients by phone, email or in writing (using the details provided at the time of ordering) and advise them to return the tickets to our offices.
We advise the use of secure mail when returning tickets. On receipt, Premier Ticket will refund the customer the face value of the tickets, using the same method as used to purchase them.
If an event is moved from its advertised venue and/or the date is changed, tickets already purchased may remain valid should the customer wish to attend the rescheduled event. If not, Premier Ticket will refund the face value of the tickets. Privacy Policy
Premier Ticket do not disclose buyers' information to any third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and to store delivery addresses if the address book is used.
Liability of Premier Ticket
The client acknowledges that Premier Ticket acts as an agent of the client in arranging the booking and that Premier Ticket will not be liable for any misrepresentation, negligence, contractual or tortuous loss of any kind whatsoever suffered by the client or his/her guests due to any act or omission by or on behalf of any third party.
In any event, Premier Ticket shall not be liable for the death or personal injury suffered by the client or his/her guests arising out of the booking. This limitation of liability shall also extend to any loss or damage sustained by property or belongings of the client or any of his/her guests or for any other further costs, demands or expenses incurred or suffered by the client and arising out of the booking.
Premier Ticket will not be liable for any cancellation or any alteration to the booking or any loss or damage to the client arising out of circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to any act of God, natural disaster or act of terrorism.
As an agent of the client, Premier Ticket will employ all reasonable endeavours in persuing the liability of organisers and/or promoters of events and/or other third parties should the client or his/her guests suffer loss or damage which can be directly ascribed to the fault of any organiser/promoter of events and/or any other third party.
